Electric distiller DE 10 plus

The distiller is designed to purify water from dissolved mineral salts and gases
by distillation. It is used in chemical and pharmaceutical laboratories. Quality
the distilled water obtained corresponds to the standards of the Polish Pharmacopoeia V.

BUILDING
The distiller is a free-standing apparatus adapted to continuous operation. All parts
in contact with water or steam are made of brass or copper and covered with a layer
pure tin. There is a built-in defragmator in the distiller cooler to prevent ingress
non-evaporated water particles form into the distillate. The distiller is equipped with a flow regulator
water, which maintains the volume flow of the feed water at a level that is efficient
nominal distillate consumption was the lowest. It is also equipped with the following devices
protection against damage to the device in the event of disturbances in the water supply:
– a pressure sensor that switches off the heating resistors when the water pressure drops
power supply below the limit allowed for proper operation of the distiller,
– a float water level sensor that switches off the heating resistors in the event of a drop in water level
water in the boiler.
Treated water from water supply systems can be used for distillation.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
Water from the supply line, preheated as it flows through the cooler, is fed
the boiler to a certain level, and its excess is discharged to the outside. Under the influence
the heat provided by the heating resistors, the water boils and the generated water vapor flows into it
cooler, where it condenses after cooling and flows out as a distillate.
