Shipping Policy – QLAB.UK

QLAB.UK ships globally from logistics hubs located in the United Kingdom and the European Union (Poland).
This policy explains processing times, delivery estimates, customs rules and customer responsibilities.
 

1. Shipping Origins (Warehouses)

Your order may be shipped from one of the following locations:
 

1) United Kingdom Warehouse

Used mainly for:
 
  • shipments within the UK,
  • shipments to nearby non-EU European countries,
  • faster fulfilment for customers in the region.

2) European Union Warehouse (Poland)

Used mainly for:
 
  • shipments within the EU,
  • shipments to selected European destinations,
  • products stocked in EU warehouses for faster delivery.
Regardless of the warehouse used, F.I.V.O (CAMBODIA) CO. LTD remains the sole merchant and seller on record.
 

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within:
 
1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
 
Processing may take longer during weekends and public holidays.
 

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the warehouse of origin.
 

A) Shipments from the United Kingdom

  • United Kingdom: 1–5 business days
  • EU countries: 3–10 business days
  • Europe (non-EU): 5–12 business days
  • USA & Canada: 5–12 business days
  • Rest of world: 7–15 business days

B) Shipments from the European Union (Poland)

  • Poland (domestic): 1–3 business days
  • EU countries: 2–7 business days
  • Europe (non-EU): 5–12 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–15 business days

Important Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, holidays or courier issues.

4. Tracking Information

Customers receive a tracking number by email once the order is dispatched.
 
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
 

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
 
  • destination country,
  • warehouse location,
  • weight and dimensions,
  • selected shipping method.
Promotional free-shipping options may apply.
 

6. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

Shipments from the United Kingdom

  • Domestic UK orders: no import duties.
  • International orders: customs charges may apply depending on destination.

Shipments from the European Union (Poland)

  • EU orders: no customs duties.
  • Orders outside the EU: import taxes or duties may apply.
The recipient is responsible for any applicable customs charges.
 
If a Customer refuses to pay customs duties and the shipment is returned, all return costs may be deducted from the refund.
 

Warehouse Optimization

To ensure fast and cost-effective delivery, QLAB.UK automatically selects the most appropriate warehouse based on:
 
  • delivery destination,
  • product availability,
  • logistics efficiency.
The Customer does not need to select a warehouse — the system handles this automatically.
 

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
 
QLAB.UK is not responsible for:
 
  • delivery failures due to incorrect addresses,
  • delays caused by address corrections,
  • lost shipments resulting from incorrect details.
Re-shipping costs must be covered by the Customer.
 

8. Non-Delivery or Refused Packages

If a package is:
 
  • not collected,
  • refused by the Customer,
  • undeliverable,
it may be returned to the warehouse.
 
Return shipping and re-delivery costs are the Customer’s responsibility.
 

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged:
 
  • take photos immediately,
  • request a damage report from the courier,
  • contact info@qlab.uk within 48 hours.
If confirmed, a replacement or refund will be issued.
 

10. Restricted Locations

Some products may not be available in certain countries due to:
 
  • legal restrictions,
  • courier limitations.
Customers will be informed if shipping is not possible.
 

11. Lost Packages

A shipment is considered lost if:
 
  • no tracking updates for 15+ business days, or
  • delivery exceeds the courier’s maximum timeframe.
If confirmed lost:
 
  • replacement or refund will be issued.

 

Refund Policy – QLAB.UK

Effective Date: 01 April 2026
 

1. General Conditions

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on QLAB.UK.
 
Refunds are issued only through the original payment method.
 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted if:
 
  • product arrived damaged,
  • product does not match description,
  • wrong item was delivered,
  • Consumer exercises the 14-day withdrawal right.

3. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days.
 
Steps:
 
  • send email to info@qlab.uk,
  • return product to the address specified by the Seller (located in Poland).
The exact return address will be provided by the Seller upon request or in return instructions.
 
Refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
 
The Customer covers return shipping unless product is defective.
 

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • opened chemical products,
  • hygiene/cosmetic items after opening,
  • custom-made products,
  • products that degrade after opening.

5. Refund Process

Refunds:
 
  • are issued via original payment method,
  • processed within 14 days,
  • confirmed by email.

6. Shipping Costs

Refund includes:
 
  • product price,
  • standard shipping (if applicable).
Does NOT include:
 
  • express shipping,
  • customs fees,
  • return shipping (unless defect).
