This policy is the General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) for the purchase of products (“Goods”) offered by Qule.

By purchasing the Goods, you accept and consent to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions. In addition, you will be subject to any posted guidelines or policies that apply to these products. Each participation in the purchase process will automatically mean the acceptance of this agreement by the Buyer. If, as a Buyer, you do not agree to abide by the above-mentioned, do not buy our products.

Please read the Regulations before placing an order for Goods in our company. These Terms apply to all purchases of Goods. Our company reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The date of each update is noted at the end of these Regulations.

1. Explanation of vocabulary

The following words will be used in their respective meanings as:

“Seller” – equivalent to the word “Company” used interchangeably,

“Buyer” – the person (s), company, or legal entity that purchases products

from the company,

“Terms” – General Terms and Conditions

“Goods” – any products that have been delivered to the Buyer by the Company,

“Delivery Date” – the date on which the Goods are to be delivered in accordance with

Buyer’s order and prior agreement with the Company,

“Agreement” – any contract for the sale and purchase of Goods between

The Company and the Buyer, including the Regulations.

III Clauses of General Conditions

1. The Buyer declares that the information provided when placing the order is sufficient and up-to-date to complete the order.
2. The Buyer declares that he has the legal capacity to conclude the contract. The Buyer may not assume any warranty, obligation or any other obligation on behalf of the Seller or on behalf of the supplier, licensor or manufacturer of the Goods without the prior written consent of the Seller.
3. Qule Employees are not entitled to make any claims regarding the Goods. Therefore, each declaration may be confirmed by the Seller only in writing. By concluding the Agreement, the Buyer declares that he does not make any claims based on such declarations, and thus waives them in such a case.
4. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions require the prior written consent of the Buyer and the Seller.
5. The Seller reserves the right to change prices and other documents relating to the Goods without prior notice. They cannot be treated as an offer to sell the Goods.
6. The Seller’s liability to the Buyer for breach of any of these Conditions is limited to the reimbursement of money already paid by the Buyer for the Goods that have not been delivered or have been returned within the agreed period and under the required conditions. The company is not responsible for any other loss or damage.
7. Any errors made by the Seller shall be corrected without any liability on the part of the Seller. If we find a defect in the ordered Goods, we will inform you as soon as possible.
8. Any information provided by the Company is not intended to replace the attention or advice of a doctor or other health care professional. Qule makes every effort to ensure that the information on this website is as accurate as possible, but the Company cannot be held responsible for its inaccuracy.
9. The Company firmly and openly informs that the Goods are intended and sold solely for research, development and laboratory purposes.
10. By purchasing products from Qule, you certify that you are a scientist or work or own a research company that has the appropriate equipment, facilities and skills to handle hazardous materials. As a Buyer, you also declare that you take part in scientific research for which you intend to use our Goods and know the rules of handling and storage of such hazardous materials.
11. Qule is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the misuse of our products. Products are purchased for research and development purposes only. They are not intended for testing on humans or animals. It is the buyer’s responsibility to establish the legality of owning and importing products in his country or region.
12. By purchasing products from Qule, you accept and represent that you have understood all the General Terms and Conditions. You also agree to protect and hold Qule, its directors, employees, agents and suppliers free from liability against any claim, action or request, including, but not limited to, reasonable legal and financial fees, charges or consequences arising from the use of Goods purchased from our Company and breach of these Terms.
13. The Buyer purchases our Goods at his own risk. Refunds related to orders placed incorrectly will not be granted. In addition, the Buyer confirms that he understands the uses and potential risks associated with the improper handling of purchased hazardous materials. The Buyer is fully responsible for the use of the Goods
14. Qule accepts product returns within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that the product, due to its specificity, is unopened and the return number has been previously generated. In this case, the customer returns the product at his own expense, and the seller is obliged to refund him only the price of the product and the cost of the cheapest, usual method of delivery. If the purchased product is defective or does not meet the conditions specified by the seller, the customer has the right to file a warranty claim. In this case, complete the complaint form, which is available on the store’s website, and send it to the seller at the following address: office@qlab.uk. The complaint will be considered within 14 days, and its decision will be forwarded to the e-mail address provided in the complaint.
15. Qule is not responsible for stopped or delayed shipments for reasons beyond the Seller’s control.
16. Each order placed before 1pm is carried out on the same day. Orders placed after 1 p.m. will be processed the next morning. Upon the customer’s request, Qule may confirm the dispatch of the Goods. Our company makes every effort to ensure that the order reaches the customer safely and quickly. However, we are not responsible for damaged, lost or delayed shipments sent by post or other courier company that has been obliged to deliver the Goods, unless a written contract prior to shipment provides otherwise. We are also not responsible for the unavailability of Goods from postal or courier personnel due to incorrect information that may delay the delivery of the products or collection from local warehouses due to required signatures and / or identification. At the same time, we would like to inform you that all shipments are insured, and if you have any other questions, please contact us through one of the several options offered in the store.
17. Qule does not guarantee that the offered products comply with the laws of the Buyer’s country. The purchase of products may be illegal for some individuals, organizations or companies in certain countries or regions. By purchasing our products, you are subject to the laws of your country.
18. IV Excluded Errors and Omissions (E&OE)

Each Buyer agrees, acknowledges and understands that the Goods sold by Qule are not intended for human or animal consumption. These products may cause skin irritation and sensitization. The products may be harmful if swallowed. All products sold by Qule are intended for research and development only.
